Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are solely responsible for:

  • Inspecting materials prior to use

  • Determining suitability for their intended application

  • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements

  • Proper installation, handling, and use

Photographs, descriptions, and weights are approximate and representative only and do not create warranties or guarantees.

5. Orders, Shipping, and Risk of Loss

Shipping and loading may involve third-party carriers or job-site loading.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon loading or release to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MRGUARDRAIL’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MRGUARDRAIL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
